And now for a little update on our move. We're loving our new apartment and getting it all ready to go. Each day it feels more and more like home. Our daughter has had a really hard time with it though. Her schedule has been thrown off the last week with all the preparations for moving and then the moving event. And then we get to a place she doesn't know. Even though we have all of her things here and it's just our family here now, she hasn't been sleeping well and would walk around like she didn't really know what to do.
Luckily yesterday we played in the living room and in her room and she seemed to enjoy it! And last night was the first night she slept through the night without waking up. It was so great to wake up in the morning and feel refreshed! It still takes her a little while to fall asleep, but that would happen at our last place too. It looks like we're all starting to settle in.

ReplyDeleteGlad you are all moved in and getting settled. We are moving this week too! All the big furniture will get moved this weekend so we're 'camping' on the floor tonight before our bedroom sets get there as a fun surprise for the kids.
