Discovering Salt Lake!

So do you remember my 4th of July Skirt that I posted last week that I made for the Bammer?

Now that we have recently moved closer to a big city, there are tons of things to do that I've never done!  From museums to parks to galleries to monuments.  I don't know the Salt Lake area very well so I began researching online and found tons of things to do!  My goal is to get out and do something every week with the Bammer.  She loves being outside and so do I!

So I decided to make a "Summer Bucket List," but it's more of a "Discovering Salt Lake" list because I don't think we'll be able to get it all done this summer (which by the way, I think I'll be induced next Friday if my baby doesn't come before then...crazy!).  So I expect this list to go well into the fall.  So I put everything down on a piece of paper, printed it, and decorated the frame.  It's on my mantle as a good reminder.  And since I put it in a frame, I can check things off with a dry erase marker on the glass (which is also easy to wipe off to reuse).  

Last week the Bammer and I headed to beautiful Temple Square to see the flowers, the temple, and just to walk around in the warm weather.  It was so fun!  A good way to start our list.
