Last week we took a family vacation to Idaho to Alan's family cabin (hence the no posting last week). The girls and I headed up with the family Tuesday afternoon and Alan joined us Wednesday night after work. I was so excited for Alan to come up! It was a great week of spending time at the lake, jet skiing, reading, watching the Olympics, talking, walking, swinging, and eating, eating, eating! Sadly I wasn't allowed to swim in the lake since having my baby only 6 weeks ago (the doctor said wait until 8 weeks...I was so bummed!). But the Bammer and Alan had lots of fun!
The Bammer also got to spend some time with her cousins who just moved back to Utah (hooray!). They were all so cute together. It was a super fun trip and now it's back to real life. Man August is a busy month, but I love having things to do!
